[WMCEE-l] CEE Spring - schedule

Yes, It was already discussed - lists are only suggestions what to write
:-) For example I would have big problem what to write about Azerbejan or
Albania - but when I am pointed to the article in English or Russian
Wikipedia - I may try to translate it...
