Hello everyone,

I'm happy to inform you that registration for the CEE Meeting 2019 is
officially opened! :) Registration form can be found here:

*The deadline for registration is 20 July 2019, 23:59:59 (CEST).*

Before you begin the registration process, please read carefully page on
meta:
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_CEE_Meeting_2019/Participants. Here
you will find which group do you belong to and other relevant information.
In most cases each community from the CEE region can send two delegates
(please consider this table:

).

To make the conference a success it will be essential for the invited
affiliates to deliberately select their delegates. Participants should be
those who want to learn, share their stories and also bring something back
to their communities and chapters. We are seeking delegates who will be
actively engaged before, during and after the conference and can represent
their affiliates. Ideal delegates are those who are
* involved in the decision making processes of the organization,
* striving to help shape the future of the movement,
* or partnerships specialists,
* or program leaders.

Also, we encourage you to submit session proposal/s. We want to hear your
stories, we want to make this conference a safe place where we can talk
about our failures and learn from them. But most importantly, we want you
to think about concrete proposals for our joint projects in the future.
