[WMCEE-l] CEE Meeting 2019

Hello!

As agreed on CEE Meetup during Wikimania, we should set a deadline for
other proposals to organize CEE Meeting next year.
It would be good to decide before CEE Meeting in Lviv — that would allow
the organizers to gather input and learn during the meeting.

I propose setting *August 31, 2018 as the last day* when any affiliate can
express their interest in organizing the 2019 meeting.
