[WMCEE-l] Approved submissions for Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2017, and "almost final" version of the Programme

Dear all,


I am happy to announce that after a very productive meeting last night with
the Programme Committee of the Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2017, the event
programme was finalized, incorporating the latest submissions. Changes from
now on are possible, but – please! – only minor ones. :)

We did our best to:
* take into consideration all logistic and travel restrictions,
* meet all requests for talks durations or logical order of presentation,
* avoid thematic overlapping and foster the diversity of parallel sessions,
* avoid the bilocation problems of speakers with 2 submissions,
* ensure regular and adequately long nutrition and re-caffeination breaks ;)

Very few submissions were rejected, or merged together.

Hope that the programme will meet your expectations and requirements! :)
