[WMCEE-l] WM CEE Meeting 2016 (updates 5.19.2016)

Hi CEE Wikimedians,

This is the second update of the work done for the CEE Meeting 2016,
Armenia:

* We continued to reach out CEE communities (this time individually)
requesting them to fill the Question and Needs page [1] and to inform their
communities about the upcoming meeting. Most of you have already done it,
others are currently discussing in their communities, we got no answers
from some. But we'll do our best to involve as many communities as we can.
Once more, please, if you are from a community which section is not filled
yet [1], do it.

* Armenian program committee members met on 14 May to discuss their further
work [2]. They decided to start forming the international program committee
by inviting interested community members. If you are one of those who'd
like to join it, don't hesitate to contact one of them or comment on the
talk page [3]. The more members, the more effective will be the conference
program. Also, please look at the talk page of Question and Needs [4], some
users have already started the discussion on what they'd like to have/learn
in the meeting. It’d be great to hear from you too.

* We contact local TV stations in order to get media coverage in the
country. We also think of the possibility of having online streaming, so
anyone can join and watch the meeting online. In addition, there's a
Twitter account of the meeting so if you are on Twitter, you might want to
follow it [5].

* Finally, we submitted the PEG of CEE Meeting. Now it’s open and you can
officially comment and ask questions [6].

Feel free to contact us, we'll be very happy to answer your questions
and listen your suggestions. The email address of the CEE meeting
is ceemeeting2016[at]wikimedia.am, but of course, you're welcomed to write
us individually.
