[WMCEE-l] WM CEE Meeting update (20.07.2016)

Dear CEE Wikimedians,

This is the fourth update of WM CEE Meeting organizing team.
1. Contacting the most of the CEE communities and confirming the
scholarship candidates, we prepared the preliminary list of attendees,
which is now approved by WMF. In a while, we'll start to inform and
congratulate you about the scholarships and book/purchase flight tickets.
Non-scholarship attendees will also get confirmations and information about
the accommodation. The list will be soon published on meta. [1]
2. Programme Committee worked hard and prepared the preliminary program of
the meeting [2]. They are now finalizing the program, so please submit your
presentation if you have not done yet (deadline is August 1). [2] Also, you
are welcomed to comment and ask questions on submission talk pages as well
as express your interest in attending the particular session. Our Programme
Committee really rocks!
3. We have also done a local announcement about the meeting to select
Armenian participants of the Meeting which is in the process.
