[WMCEE-l] Draft of preliminary programme for CEE Meeting in Armenia

[Tomasz Ganicz]

Actually it is expected you will do it yourself - although now, I am trying
to sort it out. Anyway - don't worry - listing or non-listing submissions
on the program page - means nothing at the moment. Nothing is yet decided
regarding accepting or rejecting the submissions.
