Hi,
maybe it's easier to judge which sessions we need on project management if
we know what the specific needs are:
- Setting up a project
- Planning a budget
- Setting goals
- etc.
We could do a course on risk management for example, but without
any specific needs it would be a very general course that may not
necessarily help at all. We could maybe do a postmortem on a project and
analyse what went wrong where and why?
Best,
Philip
