My understanding is that this page was never used. It could conceivably be
that channel, but Vassia was not talking about a general CEE channel, but a
working space for CEE practitioners of social media work, i.e. maintainers
of country-specific or language-specific presences on Facebook, Twitter,
etc., to coordinate campaigns, exchange information, etc.
