My understanding is that this page was never used.  It could conceivably be
that channel, but Vassia was not talking about a general CEE channel, but a
working space for CEE practitioners of social media work, i.e. maintainers
of country-specific or language-specific presences on Facebook, Twitter,
etc., to coordinate campaigns, exchange information, etc.

This group, created last week, is specifically for coordination of this
upcoming meeting in Kyiv, so is not the appropriate channel.
