I am very sorry that you will be unable to attend. 
Is there a possibility any of your Hungarian colleagues will be able to attend the CEE meeting? We would be glad to have some feedback from Hungary, and I hope you have active chapter members who will be able to attend.

It is so bad to write, but I am not able to organize holidays in my work and travel in less than one month (at least in this case).
