[WMCEE-l] CEE Meeting preparation update

Hello, all,

One more topic from Wikimania London, which I'd like to remind you, was an
idea to get a working collaboration on promotion of Wikimedia projects in
the social networks.
Sadly, this idea didn't get much coverage after Wikimania, and a reason
might have been that I didn't promote it well enough.
Whatever the reason, if there are people now who think it worthy
elaborating - by either me or my colleague Nikola Kalchev, who also
expressed interest to join the Kyiv Meetup, please give us any sign here or
in the wiki page
