Hi all! This weekend we'll have our fourth WikiConference in Kyiv. One of the topic will be about perspectives of providing CEEM 2014 in Ukraine this Autumn. We're interested to know the opinion of other chapters & communities, because two-three month ago there were no consensus about that.

So we're interested to research & collect opinions, if you're interested in that if it take place in Western Ukraine. The question of safeness: the situation in most part of Ukraine is calm, the problems are only in two East-wing regions, but even there situation is becoming better last weeks. In the Western Ukraine there were no any accidents during all recent time.

As I'm organizing internal WikiConference in Ukraine this year, I want to know if I should support the initiative or not.
