[WMCEE-l] WM CEE Meeting 2013

Hi. 

Modra as a venue town was elected because we already have good
experience with it - E na I, as main local organiser, already organised (as
I know at least) 3 international meetings with similar amount of
attendants there. Lodging cost is very friendly - 12 EUR / person /
night. As I know, there was no big problems about travel to the city and
vice versa for cca 150 attendants from last years. But, of course, we
will take our buses into consideration. More information about travel
and local affairs will appear on the end of August. 

Grant request is in preparation - we want to know in advance willingness
of participants to share skills and confirm another sources of
financing. 

Raul, thanks for open proposal for program - I have added it to the talk
page.
