I am wondering if the lack of an answer for this question means that 
there is no authentic interest in organising the conference we've been 
discussing since August? I am worried not only as a member of Wikimedia 
Poland (as there hasn't been a delegate from us yet), but also as a 
Wikimedian, because there are also other chapters that have people 
subscribed to this list...

[I understand that Mile Kiš and Kiril Simeonovski are interested in 
being part of the team and representing their respective chapters, and 
Manuel Schneider would be Head of IT & Communications group :-) so we 
have already 3 people in the organising team. Any more volunteers?]

Guys & girls: we have around 7 months left to prepare a conference that 
would not be the easiest to organise -- it the highest time that 
somebody takes the lead! (I might be willing to help in some things if 
that could help.)
